Senior Workday Configuration Analyst

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Workday Configuration Analyst to join their Human Resources (HR) Systems Operations team.
This position plays a critical role in managing Workday configuration activities and Workday data management activities in the Reward to Retain space for Boeing Human Resources, including within the Compensation Module and supporting the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process.
The Senior Analyst will be responsible for configuration in Workday, troubleshooting and issue investigation, performing testing for configuration changes and executing content changes such as help texts and notifications.
This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Renton, WA.
Position
Responsibilities:
Act as a Workday System Configurator and system analyst in the Compensation areaSupport additional Workday HR module areas as needed (Core HCM, Ben/Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Performance)Responsible for Tier 3 incident support as part of the Enterprise help chainResponsible for Configuration Analysis, design, Configuration changes, testing the solutions work and do not cause downstream issuesProvide content configuration (help text, notifications, offer letter updates)Update Fields in Workday - understand the impacts of those updates across the system networkPlan, setup and execute mass data updates through EIB and MOM processesWorkday troubleshooting, issue investigation and resolutionCoordinate changes thru the HR Governance processEmployer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

$143,000.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
